Guided tours of wastewater digesters, treatment processes, and operations in action demonstrate SVCW’s commitment to energy neutrality, sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship  

Redwood City – Silicon Valley Clean Water is inviting the public to tour its facility and learn how the advanced wastewater treatment systems safeguard public health, the environment, and San Francisco Bay.  

Who: Residents, business owners, elected officials, school groups, educators, media  

What: Guided public tours of Silicon Valley Clean Water 

When: Every third Wednesday of the month, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 

Where: 1400 Radio Road, Redwood City  

Space is limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants. Reserve a spot 

SVCW is a Joint Powers Authority that provides wastewater treatment services to 300,000 residents in Belmont, San Carlos, Redwood City, and West Bay Sanitary District. Treated wastewater is discharged into the San Francisco Bay or transformed into valuable resources that support local and regional communities in their efforts to become more sustainable and self-reliant. SVCW is committed to balancing environmental goals with economic responsibility.
